1.  Is it possible to change the name? how much charges?

2. Is it possible to add pax after booking?

Yes, but the additional pax charges shall refer to the prevailing rate.

3. Any cabin sleep more than 4 pax?

Yes, for Concierge & Suite category cabin can sleep up to 5 – 6 paxs.

4. Do infants need to pay for the gratuity?

Yes.

5. Currency on board?

USD.

6. Is it accepted for full payment?

Yes.

7. How many days before need to make the balance payment?

120 days before sailing date.

8. How much does the WIFI charge?

DCL has not yet made an official announcement for that.

9. Are there any Halal restaurants?

Not sure yet but will use halal source ingredients (pork free).

10. What’s the dining time?

There are two slots for dinner at 5.45pm & 8.15pm.

11. What’s the boarding time?

Last boarding is at 4 PM. The cruise will depart at 5 PM and reach the MBCC port at 7 AM on the disembarkation day.

12. What the different client book with us (agent) & they book themselves through Disney website?

First of course the service, second, they no need worry about the exchange rate. If they book through the Disney website, they shall refer to the prevailing exchange rate.

13. How many meals a day and any supper?

5 meals a day with supper.

14. Any fast pass for theme park?

Nope.

15. Currently is it allowed to book any group booking?

Nope.

16. Is it open for foreigner?

Yes, open to all nationality but they must recheck for the Visa requirement.

17. Is there a casino onboard?

Nope.

18. Is there any helicopter pad?

Yes.

19. How about for single travelers?

Single traveler will charge 200% of cruise fare but for the gratuity & taxes, fees & port expenses will charge himself/ herself only.
